Group 7 - Full Time Patient Care Receptionist

Immediately hiring Full Time Patient Care Receptionists!

We are looking for caring and dedicated Patient Care Receptionists to join us in communicating with patients and the Doctors or facilities they are needing to reach.

You will act as the front desk reception or answering service for the large amount of our medical accounts, taking messages, some appointment setting and dispatch services for emergency notifications.

We have a compassionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment ready to welcome you aboard.

We are currently hiring for Full Time- 10 Hour Shift, Onsite positions.

Your work will include:

Professionally handling incoming calls

Greeting callers with a polite and pleasant tone

Gathering and relaying required information

Verifying and entering information accurately into our system

Qualifications Needed:

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
• Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
• Computer skills in a Windows based environment
• Good attendance
• The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
• Availability to work one weekend day

Compensation: $16 / Hour
